To ensure your ergonomic desk or supportive mesh chair meets our exacting standards for comfort and efficiency, each item undergoes a thorough pre-shipment inspection. Our commitment to quality over speed means order processing typically takes 3-5 business days. During peak seasons, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us via email at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, your order enters our fulfillment pipeline and cannot be canceled, as components may have been allocated for assembly. We encourage you to utilize our generous return window should your needs change.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We are confident that our ergonomically designed products will enhance your daily productivity and comfort. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return any new, unused item in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery date. This extended period allows you to properly assemble and test your home office furniture. Exchanges for a different model or configuration are accepted within 45 days of delivery. Please note that custom-configured workstations or items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.


    Return Conditions

    To ensure the integrity of our products for future customers, all returns must adhere to strict conditions. Items must be disassembled (if applicable) and returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including all protective materials, hardware, tools, and documentation. The product must show no signs of use, assembly marks, scratches, or alterations. Our quality team performs a detailed three-point inspection upon receipt, focusing on structural integrity, component completeness, and cosmetic condition. Any item failing this inspection will be sent back to you at your expense, accompanied by a digital report detailing the issues found, typically within 14 business days.


    Refund Processing

    Once we receive and approve your return, our team will process your refund. Due to our meticulous inspection process to maintain our high standards, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. After we issue the refund, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the credit to your account.


    Shipping Responsibilities

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Crandalof cannot be held liable for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all associated costs. For exchanges of high-value items (over $500), a prepaid label may be issued, with the cost deducted from your refund if the label is not used.


    Damaged or Defective Items

Upon verification, we will promptly arrange for a free return and, based on your preference and stock availability, expedite a replacement shipment or issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges.     Special Circumstances

    All custom-built or personalized furniture pieces (e.g., specific laminate finishes, non-standard dimensions) are considered final sale and cannot be returned. For purchases made during major promotional periods (such as Black Friday or Year-End Sales), the standard 30-day return window applies, but processing times may be extended due to high volume. Crandalof reserves the right to limit or refuse future returns or exchanges at our discretion for accounts with excessive or habitual return patterns, which we define as returning more than 50% of purchased items within a calendar year.
