Please note that during peak seasons, promotional events, or new product launches, this processing period may extend to 5-7 business days as we maintain our rigorous standards of inspection and packaging. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and we will notify you via email if any unforeseen delays arise during this initial phase.


    Shipping Time & Coverage

    Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, transit begins. We partner with reliable carriers experienced in handling larger, carefully packaged items like office furniture. For domestic shipments within the United States, please allow approximately 10–18 business days for standard delivery. For international destinations we currently service, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries, delivery typically takes 18–28 business days. These extended timeframes account for the careful logistics required for bulky items, potential carrier handling, and necessary customs clearance procedures for international orders to ensure your product arrives safely. The final list of available shipping destinations is displayed during the checkout process based on our current logistics partnerships.

    International Orders & Customs

    For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware that you, as the customer, are solely responsible for any and all import duties, taxes (such as VAT, GST, or HST), brokerage fees, or other charges levied by your country's customs authorities upon arrival. These fees are not included in the item price or our free shipping offer. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about potential charges before placing an order, especially for higher-value items. Unclaimed parcels refused due to customs charges will be returned to us and are subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs deducted from any refund.


    Delivery & Receipt

    To ensure the safe receipt of your furniture, we require an adult signature upon delivery for all orders. The carrier will typically make up to three delivery attempts on separate business days. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to our facility. Reshipment of returned packages will incur additional fees. For security and liability reasons, we cannot ship orders to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or freight forwarding addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is a physical location where someone can accept and sign for the delivery.
